Today marks one year since I started this blog and published the very first post. Happy blogiversary to me! So, given that I love cocktails and prosecco - they are what I drink when I'm celebrating, I thought I'd pop together a collection of prosecco cocktail recipes that you can make in minutes, and probably drink within minutes too!
Half fill a champagne flute with chilled prosecco, top with chilled orange juice.
It doesn't get much simpler than that, cheers!
Add 15mls of Crème de Cassis to a champagne flute, top with chilled prosecco.
Optional: Garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy!
RASPBERRY LIMONCELLO CIDER
Place 5 frozen raspberries in a champagne flute. Add 30mls of limoncello and top with 90mls of prosecco. Optional: Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Place 1 tsp of peach pure in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute, top with prosecco and garnish with a slice of fresh peach. Yum!
Add 20mls of gin and 20mls of elderflower cordial to a champagne flute. Top with chilled prosecco. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
BLACKBERRY PROSECCO LEMONADE
Place 5 blackberries in a champagne flute (frozen if its a hot day, they will keep your cocktail cool), add 30mls of vodka, top with 60mls of lemonade and 60mls of prosecco. Garnish with mint leaves.
